• By Submitting this form I hereby solemnly affirm that whatever information stated on my application is true to my knowledge and that I will not subject the Silambam World Federation to any discredit or loss of image to the fair name and disciplinary rules enjoining it by suppression or by any forbidden acts and once I am proved to be at fault , I will gladly undergo punishment as the Silambam World Federation may impose. Moreover, I will not associate myself with any terrorist or banned organization of terrorism or militancy of any description engaged in plotting and conspiring against the country or collaborate and connive with them directly or indirectly in activities sabotaging the interest of our nation and if I am found guilty I shall undertake full responsibility of the same. Silambam World Federation has theright to terminate or expel my membership / my clubmembership, if in case I found involved in any criminal / civil offense or by any act for the spoiling the atmosphere prestige and dignity of Silambam.
